Ciao Wireless is pleased to offer a wide selection of Low Noise Amplifiers for general use applications including Radar & Communications Band Applications, GPS, ISM, Transmitter and Test and Lab purposes. Models are manufactured using either Balanced, Feed-Back, or Single Ended Designs and feature various options for items such as gain, noise figure, output power. Models are available for both Receive and Transmit Applications.
Alternate connector interfaces are also offered, including Waveguide, Type N, TNC, or Type F.
All units are internally voltage regulated, making performance insensitive to supply voltage variations over a nominal +12 to +20VDC voltage variation. Alternate DC Voltage Supply is available on most models. Contact the factory for details.
Listed specifications are guaranteed at room temperature (+23C) case temperature. However, all designs will operate over the -54C to +85C temperature range with some degradation to performance. Please contact the factory for specific amplifier vs temperature performance characteristics by model.
While all models are manufactured to operate within a rugged Military Environment, the factory should be consulted for specific environmental operating conditions. All models can be supplied in compliance with MIL-STD-883 specifications. Please contact the factory for further details.
